We at Tizzy Cloud Computing Private Limited (“Tizzy Cloud”), always try our best to serve our Users and provide them full support in resolving their requests and queries.
Upon successful payment and acknowledgement of the subscription fees (“Fees”) by the user (“User”) towards purchase of subscription plan from the Website (“Subscription Plan”), the User shall be entitled to avail and access desired Services of Tizzy Cloud.
- Except in accordance with this Refund and Termination Policy, the User shall not be entitled to claim any refunds towards the amounts paid in lieu of the Fees already paid under any Subscription Plan, irrespective of whether the User avails the Services during the term of such subscription or not.
- Users shall be entitled to the 30 days money back guarantee in the following instances, solely at discretion of Tizzy Cloud:
- In the event of termination and/or deletion of the Tizzy Cloud Account by the User as per Terms of Use, the User shall not be entitled to any monetary refund
- Tizzy Cloud reserves the right to, with or without notice, suspend or terminate User’s Subscription Plan and / or registration if the User breaches the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy of the Website. In such an event, User agrees and acknowledges that it shall not be entitled to any monetary refund.
In case of assistance required by the User from Tizzy Cloud, the User shall generate a service request on the Website at https://www.tizzycloud.com/cloud-support/technical-support.
- This Refund and Termination Policy shall be read with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Tizzy Cloud.
- The defined terms shall have the meaning so assigned to them in Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Tizzy Cloud.
